Changing his face and name, Elvis helped the FBI bring bad guys to justice!

Fast forward to 1991. A killer has surfaced who takes the eyes of his victims for some nefarious purpose. Elven Patterson and his partner, Dean Bonnero, begin to track down the killer, who seems to resurface every 30 years. Is it a line of copycat killers? Or is it the same killer? Defying time in some supernatural way with the help of his victims’ eyes?

To make matters worse, a reporter who works for the tabloid World News Weekly has gotten a hold of the Elvis files, the record of the truth about Elvis! Ruben Howell suddenly finds himself running from government-sponsored hitmen who mean to shut him up for good!
